Sometimes we get tangled in life: the unpredictable work issues, endless chores, kids’ needs, a flat tire, financial worries. That is all part of living. We can’t control it, but we can choose how we respond.
Alongside that truth, let’s also remember that today is for living. Do the simple things that remind you this is your life. Bake a chocolate brownie, buy yourself coffee, clean your space, take a shower, go for a slow walk, do anything small or big that nourishes your soul.
